G1 Basketball

These are off-site adult basketball leagues; exceptions can be made for high schoolers that show the skill and physical maturity to play. BFC Sports Ministry continues to partner with God First Sports (aka G1 Sports). G1 Sports is a non-profit Christian sports organization with a mission to share the message of God’s love through sports and fellowship. Each game/event has a fellowship time where the good news of God is shared.

Spring/Fall leagues are hosted at:

• Monday Division 7-10pm San Leandro (Bancroft Middle School 1150 Bancroft Avenue).

• Thursday Division 7-10pm Alameda (Coastline Christian Schools 1803 North Loop Road).

G1 40-and-over runs on Thursday nights

• Come join us to work off that dad bod and meet some new friends.

• When: Thursday nights from 730 to 10 pm, every Thursday in April and May

• Where: BACBC gym (1801 North Loop Road, Alameda).

• Format: Pray, play, fellowship, play

Summer 2025 3-on-3 Tournament

Come join us for the G1 summer 3-on-3 tournament. It will be a great way to start the summer!

Format: 3-on-3 tournament with 3 divisions: Open, 40-and-over and 50-and-over; organized games with hired referees

• When: Saturday June 21st, 2025 (from morning to early afternoon)

• Where: California Crosspoint Academy (25500 Industrial Blvd, Hayward, CA 94545)

• Cost: $50 per player early registration rate by May 15th, $60 afterwards (includes lunch, G1 gift, prizes for winning teams)

• Early registration deadline is May 15th
